On the NorthConnex project we provided three separate services.

Service One – Specialist supervision for the final stages of excavation, in-ground services installation and final shotcrete lining application. At peak we had 7 supervisors and 3 superintendents in different areas of the project.

Service Two – Supervised Labour comprising  a team of 40 tunnellers working in multiple locations delivering the final shotcrete lining.

Service Three – Due to our impressionable culture and delivery of services,  our client requested we provide Leadership Training to all Supervisory personnel.  This was carried out  by our own director Harry Lyle.  He personally undertook this responsibility throughout the project.  Supervisory personnel welcomed his involvement and feedback from all was positive.
