With a background in geotech and piling, Serhat brings more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry having worked on iconic projects around the world including Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and the United Kingdom for high-profile clients such as Lendlease, Multiplex, John Holland and Laing O’Rourke. He has extensive experience in the delivery of major projects in Australia including the WestGate Tunnel, Melbourne’s Level Crossing Project, Sydney Metro, Lane Cove Tunnel and KMRT2.
Matt is a highly skilled superintendent with extensive experience in tunneling projects, including the operation of Tunnel Boring Machines (TBMs), micro tunneling, Roadheader excavation, shotcrete application, and auger boring. His involvement in major infrastructure projects across the UK and Australia underscores his proficiency in this field.
With a robust commitment to fostering a positive safety culture on-site, Matt diligently adheres to established procedures and maintains clear and effective communication with his team. His hands-on experience, gained from starting his career as a tunnel laborer and progressing to TBM operation, provides him with valuable insights and problem-solving abilities to address various challenges that may arise during projects.

Chris possesses extensive mechanical knowledge of micro tunneling equipment, ensuring that our projects benefit from his expertise in selecting the appropriate Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM). His proficiency in both mechanical and electrical systems significantly reduces the likelihood of breakdowns, thereby enhancing operational efficiency.

Kobi is a dynamic leader with 16 years of experience specialising in infrastructure, railway and underground construction works including drill and control blasting.
